:NGCC: Rose the Chameleon

And I finally got this done!~ Despite how close this was to being finished, I took way too long to finish this ;w;
First official NGCC art in the new style.

So here we go, Rose!~ I went a head and made her a little wider, I also did her hair and horn up like her older sister, Ivory.
I also added some wraps to her waist and sleeves. Other then that, she's pretty much the same design wise.
